February 2025 Updates

[Iowa OER]

Good afternoon, all!

As we finish the month of February with some warmer weather, we are excited to share some updates that might be of interest to you all:

1. Our website's OER Adopted in Iowa list has been updated with Spring OER adoptions. If you have OER use data from your institution that you are willing to share, please add it to our shared spreadsheet to help us identify high-quality OER in use across the state!
2. As a complement to our Adopted OER list, we have also compiled a list of curated OER aligned to common transfer and concurrent enrollment courses across Iowa --as highlighted by Anne Marie Gruber earlier today! This list will continue to be reviewed and updated over time, to build a base of reviewed materials that can be recommended to others.
   
3. Finally, our February blog post, "'Building Connections Online," has just been published, showcasing social media platforms, forums, conferences, and other spaces where you can connect with peers in the OER space to learn more and stay up to date on the latest news and trends!
