Hello,

I'm please to share the completed list of IPAL OER Projects.

The IPAL OER Project received grant funding from the Governor's Emergency Education Relief Fund to stimulate the use and creation of open educational resources at private colleges and universities in Iowa. To accomplish this, IPAL conducted two competitive rounds of mini-grant funding for faculty at participating institutions who wished to adopt or create OER for their courses.

We were able to fund 62 faculty OER projects at 18 private academic institutions in Iowa. These projects benefitted 1,800 students, who were able to access course materials without cost.

I encourage you to browse the list. Projects ranged from adoption to creation and everything in-between. They covered the humanities, sciences, and social sciences. Some faculty were in their first year of teaching.  Others had been teaching for many years. We are so proud of these faculty and of the librarians who collaborated to support them.

Learn more about the project on IPAL's website.
