Two new OER resources

Good morning,

I hope everyone enjoyed a long, restful weekend. I'm pleased to announce the publication of two new OER from the University of Iowa. 

Piacere!: Elementary Italian is an open-access textbook authored by the Italian faculty of The University of Iowa. A comprehensive and flexible e-textbook, this resource aims to support students’ acquisition of the grammar and vocabulary that ensure meaningful communication as well as to enhance students’ familiarity with Italian culture.

EyeRounds Anki is a free educational resource created by Iowa ophthalmology residents for all ophthalmology residents. It utilizes “Anki,” a popular flashcard program with a spaced-repetition algorithm that works to decrease study time and increase retention.
