Good morning,
I'm happy to announce the publication of two new OER titles from the University of Iowa.
This text introduces the tools, concepts, and practices that shape technology-centered public services in libraries. The book features student-authored chapters edited by faculty and graduate staff, each aligned to a core topic in public user services. Designed for MLIS students, beginning librarians, and library workers, chapters may be read independently or used as modular instructional and training resources.
Semillas II is an intermediate Spanish textbook with reading, listening, speaking, and writing practice. It is a follow-up to
Semillas: Elementary Spanish I, with early chapters modeling the last two lessons from the previous textbook. The textbook provides instructors and students with lessons, vocabulary lists, videos, PDFs, projects, and exercises. This project received CARES Act funding through the Iowa Regents OER Grant Program.
Please share these titles with those who might be interested.
Thanks!
