New open textbook - Business Law, Ethics, and Sustainability

Hi all, 

The University of Iowa Libraries is pleased to announce the publication of a new open textbook, Business Law, Ethics, and Sustainability by Andrew Hosmanek, Brendan Smith, and Michael Dayton. This book is for undergraduate law courses and covers business law topics such as contracts, business organizations, employment law, and torts, as well as a general survey of American law. Additional topics include Constitutional law, civil rights, environmental law, criminal law, and litigation.
