Synch Exchange Calendar with Google Calendar

Hi,

Do you synch your Microsoft Exchange calendar with your Google calendar; and use either Macintosh Entourage, Macintosh Outlook, or Windows Outlook?

If so, I would like to know how you perform the synching- Macintosh or Windows; and how well the synching works.
