Question

We have a student that uses a Dynavox system for his communications needs. He is piloting a new system called tobii/dynavox. The issue we are having is that we need to connect his email address to the system. We are a Google school and when the speech ladies tried putting in his email address and the the POP settings (pop.goggle.com) mail would not flow as intended. Any ideas on what settings were incorrect?
