Call for expressions of interest
The UP Manila National Telehealth Center is deploying a free and open source electronic health record called OpenMRS. We are now getting huge amounts of request for this software but we are unable to address the needs as it is physically impossible for us to go nationwide.
If you are an IT company that can support Java-, MySQL-, Tomcat-based applications, and are willing to undergo an orientation seminar on FOSS electronic health records, please send an email to me (cc: doc...@gmail.com).
We will then hold this seminar and agree on the terms and conditions. In order to ensure income, we will only certify one provider for a specific geographic area.

Doc Alvin, That is interesting. I will ask my OJT students to deploy openMRS this summer and maybe organize a small workshop-demo. On another thought, virtualizing it might give it wider audience and portability. Regards! -Rudy Dorado |
