special LPI exam event to be held on 10 JUNE 2010 at the NCI Seminar
Room at the NCC/CICT Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon
City.
ONLY 20 EXAM RESERVATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-
SERVE BASIS.
Exam schedules shown below. LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE

In coordination with IOSN ASEAN+3, this exam event will be held to
allow SUC Laboratory Manager-candidates to complete and pass the
Junior Level Linux Professional (LPIC-1) exams and gain official
LPIC-1 certification to be designated as bona fide SUC Laboratory
Managers under the iSchools Project in time for the iSchools
Laboratory Management Training scheduled on July.

DEADLINE OF ONLINE EXAM RESERVATION: 18 JUNE 2010, 5:00pm
THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS.
Each exam costs P3,000. Both LPI 101 and 102 cost P6,000.
Examinees are required to pay a 70% exam fee deposit equivalent to
P2,100 per exam (2 exams = P4,200) ON OR BEFORE 21 JUNE 2010 to
confirm your exam reservations.
Payments must be in CASH and in Philippine currency. Bank account
payment details will be provided in a separate email. Western Union
payment mode will not be accepted this time.
PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

For the 10 June 2010 LPI Exams, payment procedure are as follows:
1. Payment for exam slot reservation cost P2,100 per exam. Both LPI
101 and 102 exams cost P4,200. You may pay the full amount at P3,000
per exam (P6,000 for both exams). Otherwise, remaining balance to be
paid on the day of the examinations.
2. Only CASH payments (in Philippine currency) thru BANK DEPOSIT will
be accepted. NO Western Union payments.
3. Please make payment deposits at:
PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK (PNB)
Bank details: Current Peso Account
Account Name: UP Manila Development Foundation, Inc.(UPMDFI)
Bank Name: Philippine National Bank-PGH Branch
Bank Account No. 384564400017
Please make all payments payable to the UP MANILA DEVELOPMENT
FOUNDATION, INC.(UPMDFI)
Official Receipt will only be issued upon receipt of a validated
scanned/emailed/faxed deposit slip to the National Telelehealth
Center.
4. Please keep original bank deposit slips and present to the LPI
Proctor on the day of the exam for verification.
5. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

IOSN ASEAN+3 wish to inform ALL LPI EXAMINEES to follow the payment
instructions as shown below:
1. Learning from the difficulties from last-minute cancellations in
the LPI exam event last 01 may 2010, IOSN ASEAN+3 will NOT accept
payment deposits this time. This would ensure compliance and
attendance at the 10 June 2010 LPI exams.
2. In lieu of the previous payment procedure, IOSN ASEAN+3 requires
ALL LPI EXAMINEES to settle their exam payments IN FULL via CASH BANK
DEPOSIT to the same bank account indicated in previous announcements.
That is, P3,000 per exam (P6,000 for both LPI 101 and 102) has to be
settled in FULL.
3. In view of this, the DEADLINE TO DEPOSIT FULL EXAM PAYMENTS is
changed to 26 MAY 2010, WEDNESDAY, 3:00PM. NO EXTENSIONS. Payments are
NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Please note that only 20 exam applications will be processed on a
