PowerISO password unlock

Jhing, try to ask the support team of PowerISO at support[at]poweriso[dot]com

They should have their own means of cracking the password of the file. But they might also ask for your license. If you have one then that would all be fine, otherwise the best way is to buy one at $29.95. I think recovering the contents of the .daa file is worth the price of the license, or else you would not be asking for support right? Hehe.. Kaya nga go open source tau para free to use, distribute, and most of the time, cost free.. :D

Pero ito nalang try mo, just ask the support team and tell them that you are using the free Linux version of their product. Pero itry mo rin muna ung PowerISo for Linux para naman malaman mo kung magkapareho lang ung features sa Windows version. Di ko pa kasi na tratry yan..

Oh, thank you Din.., yeah, the content of that file was most of my personal stuffs, pictures and documents...and yeah, that kind of important to me...

but yes, i'll try that one.

Jing, password protection systems are implemented using irreversible encryption algorithms such md5, sha, sha1, etc. The only way to crack the encrypted password is to explore all possibilities or "brute force".

If PowerISO can crack their encrypted password would mean their protection system is insecure and encryption algorithm is lousy. 

The protection system is robust, the only way to recover your data is to remember your password.
