Hi Alvin,
Thank you for your offer to "promote" our IBM events to your network. Please note that there are 2 events which are happening on the same week.
Dec 1 (Tuesday) - Tribute to Developers
- Venue: Stephen Fuller Room, AIM Conference Center, Makati City
- Expected attendees: 200, comprised of developers from different communities (user groups, etc)
- Atmosphere: laid back, casual, opportunity for networking
Dec 3 (Thursday) - Grand launch of the IBM Innovation Center
- Venue: Retail Plaza, UP-Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth WC
- Expected attendees: 500, comprised of people from academe, government, Business partners
- Atmosphere: grand, casual, opportunity for networking
We have passed on your contact details to our event agency for the Dec 1 Tribute to Developers. Feel free to invite your IOSN network.
For the Dec 3 event, I am attaching a soft copy invitation. We will be more than happy to welcome you at the event as well, and hopefully to meet you in person.
Just let us know who will be coming so we can register them for the event. Thank you!

She is the manager of Junjun Contreras, the man I introduced to you last Friday. She is on top of the
2 events I mentioned to you this coming December. It would be our honor to have you and your network

International Open Source Network for ASEAN+3, a centre of excellence in free and/or open source software
established by UNDP, and he manages the Community Health Information Tracking System (or CHITS).
He has his own network of developers and I linked him up with Junjun last week. You may get more info
about him thru his website: www.alvinmarcelo.com. Anyway, as mentioned above, I invited him to your
developer events in Dec. and it would be good for you to link up with him too to brief him on the Innovation
Center.
