International Bazaar

Hi guys,

We will be having our annual International Bazaar at Stillwater Community Center on Saturday, February 18th from 11AM to 2PM. We will start set up tables and stuffs from 9.30PM so if anyone could come early to help us set up the table that would be great. For this bazaar, we will be selling:

• Vegetable Fritters ($1 for 2pcs)
• Mie goreng + 1 vegetable fritters ($2)
• Es Buah ($1)

Since some of us officers could not participate in the bazaar due to dance practice, we need at least 4 people that will be there selling food from beginning to end. Please let me know your name via email/phone/etc by next weekend. 

I also sent out a google spreadsheet for the t-shirt order. Please fill out the form as soon as possible, preferably before Wednesday (2/8). You can see the names on the list so please spread the news for others that do not check email often. We need this information so that we have enough size stock for everyone and for easier distribution. We might/might not charge $5/pc. It will be informed later.
