Hi,
Im Mark Stephesnon and im new to the group, and thought I would introduce myself.
Im working on an Exciting idea combining the best of social networking with event/ticket promotion and sales to produce a community of active, brand loyal customers that will drive deeper engagement, richer intelligence and higher sales whilst reducing maintenance effort and costs.
There’s nothing like it in either (growing) market, and it can be adapted quickly to exploit any of a number of new markets already identified, and a list as long as your arm of new (monetised) features that can be introduced to help keep it fresh, and profitable.
It services both b2b and b2c, has low fixed costs, multiple revenue streams and market led development baked in.
We’ve got 1000 people on the mailing list with minimal marketing effort, 2 business customers ready and willing to beta trial, and an offer from Gizmodo to review.
Ive identified Seedcamp.co as a programme i REALLY want to be involved with, especially after meeting the guys a few times. They basically work with you for 12 weeks, flying in world renowned specialists, opening up their network to you all to get you investor ready.
I'm looking for people who may like to be involved in the accelerator programme on my team, and receive all of the excellent training, advice and benefit from the experience.
Whilst your primary role will be to help build the mobile app you will also have ideas of your own, and a voice in shaping the company as it moves forward.
Obviously as a startup funds are tight and I would ideally want people who want help at the beginning to make sure they are part of something huge at the end of the 12 weeks.. not to mention all the free training and experiences! That said, there is a limited budget available and I would be willing to spend some of it if necessary.
If any of this sounds interesting, add me on skype "TheDownLow.com", or email me
mark.st...@thedownlow.com in the first instance.
Feel free to visit the site, but be aware that it only currently only reflects about 20% of what needs to be achieved.
Many thanks,
Mark.
