Help with Provisioning Profiles Needed

OMG. I am trying to setup my basic provisioning/development/distribution profiles correctly but I am slowly loosing my patience. I wonder if someone with a little bit more practical experience here could help me out and check my project settings together - maybe by doing a tiny 30min meetup at a coworking space or café? 

I would appreciate any assistance on this a lot!
