Macbook repair service

Hi everbody!

My Macbook Air is broken. When I try to type, everything shows up, as if the alt (option) key is permanently pressed. The key is not physically stuck. Anybody had this before? Can anybody recommend a repair service?

I had my dodgy iPad replaced by cyberstore. They are an authorised apple repairer so will honour any apple warranty. They have a few stores, which google will find you, in berlin.
