unable to connect

it seems my account has been deactivated, but for what reason, I do not
know. this is being posted from a different account with a different
ISP. I have tried to call your tech support department but the number
listed on your web page connects me to some other company. is there an
updated number? thanks, this needs to get fixed asap.

It would appear that multiple Los Angeles numbers are either not working,
stalling, constantly busy etc. I called on numerous occassions and received
the run around. Then was told they were having problems, then given an 888
number that doesn't work because it's also busy all the time.

IDT SUCKS, but more than that, THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY REALLY
SUCKS!!!! and I'll be canceling as soon as I can find a DSL company.
A VERY disgruntled soon to be ex customer.
