Anyone else out there having a problem telnetting into their shell
account? I have checked with both IDT and the ISP where I am telnetting
from and no one owns up to the problem. I am able to telnet into other
sites so I'm guessing it's IDT where the problem lies..

what are the problems that are occuring? Remember you have to type idt and
idt at login and password the 1st time around.

Who told you that.....? All you need to do to telnet is connect to
idt.net, then at the login prompt type in your username and eMail
password...

It has been this way at idt since 1995!

Recently the IDT pop#'s have been upgraded so some users have to do the below
directions to login via slip/nonpap/telnet etc.
