I've been unable to send e-mail to a friend in Maryland who is using IDT.
Both my Earthlink and Ameritech ISP's bounce the mail back to me. Anyone
else having problems??

Sorry for the trouble, this is what happened:
Dear Valued Customer:
On Friday evening 2/18, we detected a potential problem with our
e-mail system. After a quick investigation, we determined that our
domain had been inappropriately changed, without IDT's approval.
The problem was quickly resolved on Saturday 2/19, however there
still may be some residual problems until later this evening.
To ensure this type of problem never recurrs, we have instituted
a new verification proccess between IDT and all third parties
for all domain changes. Please email us at sup...@idt.net with
any further concerns. Please be assured that delivering excellent
service is our number one priority.

Don't try and fool us into thinking we are Valued Customers. I've been on
the phone to your Customer Service, and I'm definitely not a Valued
Customer, nor are they Valued Employees.
