Let's give credit where credit is due, folks. Many of us
thought that IDT's news service couldn't possibly get any
worse. Then, today (2/5) we discover no new articles between
8am and 4:30pm. This service has obviously reached a new
low. And tech support claims that everything is running
normally, which means there's no hope of seeing an
improvement short of choosing a new provider.

IDT really has given its users no choice.
