Lost or emails that are never recieved?????????

I have been getting people emailing me on hotmail or calling me saying "where have you
been i ahave been trying to email y ou" and i have never gotten them!!

am i alone or do other peole get lost emails???

i use the term...@idt.net email account.,.. i have been with these guys since day one and am
seriously considering leaving them.

Do these people get any "bounced" mail when they send to your acct on idt? I do have not
read/heard of "lose" mail. Will post any updates if I find information for you.

It would appear that multiple Los Angeles numbers are either not working,
stalling, constantly busy etc. I called on numerous occassions and received
the run around. Then was told they were having problems, then given an 888
number that doesn't work because it's also busy all the time.

Also, for the past two weeks people have been calling to tell me my E mail
address doesn't work any more, including my publisher who needed me to
revise an article. I can't work like this!

IDT SUCKS, but more than that, THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY REALLY
SUCKS!!!! and I'll be canceling as soon as I can find a DSL company.
A VERY disgruntled soon to be ex customer.
