To Customer Support:
You don't answer your 800 number, you don't answer your e mails. Are
you still in the ISP business? For at least 2 days now I've had to go
to kinkos to send e mail.... is there some problem with your server?
There seems to be some relay problem with the smtp. Nothing gets sent
and Eurora is going nuts with alarm sounds. Netscape is quieter, but
the same message. Now my newsgroup doesn't recognize me. Is this a
problem with IDT? Sharon

Correction--you do have someone at customer support. But the problem
still exists...can I send you my Kinkos bill?

Same problems experience here Sharon.
Over the years, IDT's service has stunk!

Had a similar problem. Ran for 2 years the all of a sudden I could not get
into Newsgroups. In Outlook Express I had to remove the checkmark from "This
server requires me to login" Hope this helps
