I have been having much difficulty sustaining a connection from the
732-993-0156 dial-up phone number. Mostly in the evenings, but not
limited to the evenings, I run into "computer did not answer" messages.
I also have been getting connected, but unable to retreive my email, or
access any webpages using my browserS or my Eudora 4.3 email. This
truoble occurs on my office PC (pentium 266 w/ US robotics 56k modem) as
well as my home PC (AST 166, w/Creative Labs 56K modem). I have been a
longtime loyal customer of IDT but I am now considering a cable modem as
I need a reliable connection. Please let me know if there have been any
equipment problems. There have been none posted on your website. I have
been faithfully paying $19.95 monthly for many years, but I have not
been getting reliable service for the past several months. Please advise
as I am still willing to remain loyal if you are addressing your
problems. It has been frustrating over the last few months trying to
determine if it has been a problem on my end, but I have concluded that
is not the case. I have been a network administrator for a mid-sized
organization for 15 years and I am sure the proble exists on IDT's end.

That's the same # I use and I haven't been having any major
difficulties.
