The (212) 293-xxxx numbers have been DISCONNECTED. All Ihave
now is one (212) 376-xxxx number to connect to. Does Steve Jonas have
a bad heroin problem that he's blowing all the money us suckers gave
him on horse and not paying his phone bills? Don't you bastards think
that perhaps an e-mail notification would have been nice?

Oh, how bloody silly of me....e-mail. Almost as funny as
posting it on the Usenet. However it would be nice for someone there
to crawl out of the primordial ooze you inhabit and maybe clue us in
every so often.

Cheers,
Dave

They changed the Houston number over the Christmas Holiday. The only
notification was on their web site AFTER they made the switch.
Therefore, you could only know the new number by accessing the
internet after they had disconnected the old number. I was on Hold
for three hours over two days (on my long distance of course!)

Now my email server has been down for over two days. I called and
talked it an idiot (after being on hold for over a half an hour), who
didn't know that email was on a separate server than the web or
usenets! Fairly, he told me "oh....we'll get it fixed soon". Great I
guy who doesn't know what an email server is going to "Fix it" "soon".
Why do I have the feeling I'm never going to get my email?

Let me make a suggestiong, Daibhead.

Granted, IDT is absolute pond scum not deserving the moniker "company"
any more than the mafia does.

They suck. They're irritating. They are the lowest form of life on the
earth. They smell like sewage. They have the moral and ethical
strength of a cockroach. I could continue for days with this line of
reasoning.

However, I finally realized that I wasn't going to win. So you know
what I did?

I just called my credit card company and told them that I lost my card
(actually, my wife did, quite conveniently). Lo and behold, the charges
stopped. Life is grand now on deltanet.com. No more long distance
calls. No more gritting my teeth when logging in (actually, I couldn't
even get their crappy software to work, so I never logged on with them
to begin with).

I suggest you put it behind you after complaining to whatever
organization was going to investigate them for fraud.

Of course, if you want me to do anything to get rid of these idiots, I'd
be glad to help.
