Dallas IDT Server Becoming Worse

The Dallas IDT server is disconnecting every few minutes...can't
download anything now. Also, my PC is "freezing up" after visiting a
few websites. I have to exit, disconnect and reboot the computer to
unlock Netscape or Explorer.

I called the Houston Texas IDT server to see if it was my modem. It
wasn't. I was online (long distance) to Houston for over 45 minutes and
never got disconnected and my PC never "froze up." In case you fellow
Dallasites are wondering, it's definately not YOUR modem, phone lines,
computer, etc. It's IDT's server. Why is it taking so long to repair?

In desperation, (and between disconnects) I looked around at some of the
other local ISP's and found, for example, The Internet Connection is
$14.95/mo. and provides V.90X2/ISDN (56K capablity) and other goodies.
The others are a little higher but all promise substantially better
performance. Any suggestions on the best Dallas ISP for $20 or less
per month?

IDT has until October 30th to get their Dallas server up and running or
I am bailing out. This is no way to run a business.
