I assume you have all recieved this mailing from IDT. Have you filled
out your survey?
I'm just trying to figure out if this is looked at by IDT as a bonus or
a threat (another whole year of this? groan <G>).

I got two of them! Does that mean I can enter the survey twice, and
maybe get two years free?
I'm not even sure I want one year free.
IDT!
* Fix the news! (longer retention, fuller news-feed)
* Add more modems! (I hate "line busy")
* Add faster modems! (for those areas that don't yet have 56.6kbps)
* Give more web-space (8mb is tiny compared to what many other ISPs are
offering nowadays)
* Give informative status reports (e.g., the news is down? TELL US!!!)
* Respond to your customers!
In other words, stay competitive... because otherwise you're going to
lose what customers you have left.

I'm sort of under the impression IDT is trying to drive its ISP into the
ground. Maybe for a tax-reason or something. I mean, IDT used to be an
okay ISP. Surely no company can go downhill this fast all by itself...
can it?

I got a couple of those. I'll read them after I read Howard Jonas'
book.

Really? I've never receive any e-mails from IDT ever since I
subscribed to this service.
