I have been reading the newsgroup postings and it seems there are quite a few
people with the same problem.
people with the same problem.
Most upsetting is downloading. Get 50% downloaded and then disconnected.
Lately, after many attempts to get on-line you disconnect 2 minutes later.
This mail is being sent to you from AOL.
Please let me know how this can be corrected.
Also, from the reading the newsgroups, it appears people are not getting any
answers from you. As a long time customer please respond asap.

have the same problem w/ me. sent email and nothing happens, you'll just get an automatic response. i tried to look
for alternate numbers, but it asks you for your email and password. you enter your email account and password
and it tells you invalid logon. seems like we'll just have to look for another isp. it's getting worse here. should have
listened to an employee of idt that i met last year at a training...he himself told me that idt service sucks.
