Can't connect above 28.8

Hello,
There are a few reasons for troubled/lower speed connections. The
modems trying to "communicate" could be getting errors and forcing a slower
speed or drops, the distance to the switching station could be far and have
line noises on the line when dialing into that area, etc. The quickest way
for a tech to check would be to contact us at 1800-409-2870 so we can
troubleshoot the problem some more.
