I have to generally agree with Mary. I have had an on again/ off again
love/hate relationship with IDT but overall I would say I am satisfied.

I will be taking a trip to California next week (from Connecticut) and
needed to find the local IDT access number in CA. I just got on their
IRC support channel and got an answer within 10 minutes - with an
appology for the delay to boot! I think it speaks well for the company
that has someone who actually knows the answers at 8pm at night.
My company is closed at that hour!
