mirc support channel?..

hey ios.general..

i've visited BOTH the #idtsupport & #idtforum channels on mirc a
couple of days now and have yet to have anyone at all respond to
anything posted!.. so i've a few questions..

- is anyone from IDT really there, not some auto response, but a
human?..
- if so, when is the best time to contact them through mirc?..

a reply would be greatly appreciated..

How can we help you. Yes we are in the chat rooms- just #idtsupport on
irc.idt.net or an efnet server of some sort.
