Has anyone noticed that the disk quotas on the user farm has been
dropped back down to 8M from 16M?
Also, I've noticed that my detached shell sessions never stay alive
for more than a few hours anymore.
IDT rules!

Yes. Discovered that yesterday, when I logged on and found myself over
quota. That's a lot of fun, compress stuff in /tmp, delete files, copy
the compressed files back. Oh yes, keep track of which machine on the
farm I'm on, so after I've been stalled in some hung process for a
while and I disconnect, I can get the files when I get back on, not
necessarily on the same machine.
It might have been nice to be warned in the motd.

8M from 16M? That is still a pretty generous quota, well I guess if you
around when there was none......
