We are excited to announce the Call for Tutorials for the 7th IEEE International Symposium on the Internet of Sounds (IS² 2026), taking place October 28–30, 2026 in Cannes, France.

The Internet of Sounds is a rapidly growing interdisciplinary field at the intersection of Sound & Music Computing and the Internet of Things, bringing together researchers, artists, and industry to explore innovative audio technologies and applications.

We invite proposals for 1-hour tutorials that provide engaging, high-quality introductions or deep dives into topics relevant to the Internet of Sounds.

Submission requirements:
  • A long abstract outlining the tutorial content
  • A clear plan/structure for a 1-hour session
We especially encourage tutorials that:
  • Address emerging topics and interdisciplinary perspectives
  • Bridge theory and practice
  • Engage a broad audience across academia and industry
Please send tutorial proposals to freder...@upf.edu and michel...@univ-cotedazur.fr before the 1st of August 2026.

This is a great opportunity to share your expertise, shape the community, and contribute to an exciting program including talks, demos, performances, and more.
