We have an immediate opening for Sybase database development

 

Location:New jersey

Duration:12  months

 

Sybase and Perl,unix are a must

 

• Requires very strong hands on application and database development experience with a deep understanding of UNIX, Perl, and Sybase. Experience in building multi-tiered web applications, and understanding of data feed process and interfaces to other distributed systems. Full software application development lifecycle experience required.Required Technical Skills: Sybase and Perl are a must. Desired Technical Skills: Sybase, Unix, Oracle, Actuate, Perl.Previous banking and/or brokerage industry experience is preferred. Proven ability to interact sucessfully and professionally with a cross-functional, remote teams, and clients, to work productively within in a team environment and independently, and who can contribute tactical solutions in resolving matters. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent. Minimum 5-7 year experience in distributed application and database development
