This is the 8th year of the Internet Problem Solving Contest (IPSC).
IPSC is an online (mostly) programming contest for teams. Its purpose is to compare problem solving skills of people from around the world, and, of course, to have fun. Thousands of teams have participated in past contests,
so do not hesitate and join them!
Date of the contest: Thursday May 18, 2006 Time and duration: 2:00pm - 7:00pm CEST (GMT+2) Practice session (recommended): starting May 17, 12:00noon CEST (GMT+2)
IPSC is the contest that made the "open-data" tasks famous. It is a great practice for future IOI contestants. (We do have a separate ranklist for secondary school students.) For more details visit
