The conference will be hosted by the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science Education (ICISE) in the city of Quy Nhon, Central Vietnam, on October 20–22, 2026.

We are also pleased to announce that the International Summer School on Oceanographic Radar applications in marine sciences (ISSOR-2026) will run in conjunction with ORCA-2026 and take place at the same period, from October 20 to 23, at the same location.
The main objective of the Summer School is to bring together users of HF radar remote sensing products in the field of marine sciences, including students and researchers in oceanography, engineers from public institutions and private companies, who wish to develop or deepen their expertise in the use of oceanographic radars for marine science applications.Scientific, technical, and operational aspects of radio-oceanography will be addressed through plenary and thematic sessions, as well as through training sessions.

Registration for the Summer School is now open.
The deadline for applications is September 5, 2026. However, we strongly encourage early registration, as the number of participants is limited.
Please note that no registration fee is required for attendance at the Summer School.
Participation and accommodation costs will be fully covered by the Summer School organizers and ICISE.
