Be part of the TDWG 2026 conference to be held in Oslo, Norway from 21 to 25 September.
Special registration rates are available for TDWG members, post-docs, and students. Heavily discounted pricing is also offered for participants from low and lower-middle income countries. Not able to attend in person? A virtual conference registration option is available.

About the Conference
The program for TDWG 2026 will be composed of keynote presentations, symposia, discussion sessions, working meetings, workshops, and posters. There will be up to five sessions running concurrently each day.
The conference will run over 5 days from 21 to 25 September, with a full day of excursions on Wednesday 23, and tours planned before and after the conference . You need to book excursions and tours separately.

Terms and Conditions
To register, all conference participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Code of Conduct
I agree to abide by the TDWG Code of Conduct and interact with other participants in a respectful manner. I understand that if I violate the Code of Conduct, I can be removed and barred from the conference and will not be issued a refund of my registration fees or other expenses.
Consent to appear in published videos and images
I acknowledge that if I make a presentation, it will become publicly accessible on the TDWG YouTube channel, unless I communicate my objection to the conference organizers prior to 2026-05-31 and we agree that an accommodation can be made. If an accommodation is not agreed, my presentation will either be converted to a poster or withdrawn/removed from the program.
I also acknowledge and consent that if I attend the conference in person, I might appear in the session videos that will eventually become publicly viewable on the TDWG YouTube channel or in images that appear on the TDWG website or in social media posts to promote the conference.
Content contributors
All content contributors (presenting authors) must be registered for at least virtual participation to remain in the program.
Refunds
Cancellations received before 2026-09-07 will receive a 90% refund. After that date, refunds will be limited to 50% of the ticket price. If circumstances prevent your participation in-person, we encourage converting your participation to virtual. Conversion to virtual will be refunded 90% of the difference between ticket prices.
