We posted the Federal Register notices requesting nominations for new NOAA Science Advisory Board members and SAB Working Group members. The call for SAB members is open for one month, through September 19, 2026, and the call for working group members is open for six months, through March 19, 2027.  Appointments to the working groups can be made on a rolling basis.

Please distribute these calls for nominations broadly throughout your professional networks.
