Gang,

Once a year, the community gets to provide input to NCEP about what
additional forecast model output we would like to have available on
CONDUIT, the big LDM/IDD feed from which we get the GFS and NAM winds
to drive COAWST.

Would you like to vote for any in particular from this list of products?

I was thinking perhaps wave or hurricane products...

The TBOFS folk (Tampa Bay Operational Forecast System) at NOS have
been using RTMA for met forcing - though I'm not clear on how they
transition from the analysis to forecast forcing.

I'd be interested to take a look at RTMA (2.5 km analysis) over water
- it might show promise for the Delaware and Chesapeake.

I'm also going to suggest the new Hycom global ocean model and the 4km
NAM CONUSnest be added.
