ncWMS cache bug fixed -please update

Folks,

If you have been using ncWMS, you must have come across problem with
latest forecast results
not being updated unless one restarts the ncWMS server. The issue was
related
to netcdf data cache not being replaced with newer data served via
OpenDAP.

The cache issue has been fixed, and the latest version of ncWMS.war
file can be accessed from
link shown below.

The above version of ncWMS contains special classes for accessing
curvilinear gridded datasets (e.g. SABGOM, CHESROMS etc), which are
not available in official ncWMS distribution. Check out this ncWMS
link to the special classes in action..

In future, if needed we (Rich & I) could handle a limited number of
additional requests from the IOOS
regions to build special classes for curvilinear grids to work with
ncWMS.
