For Mean Stack, you need to be through with Javascript, I assume you know Node.Js, if not take a course on it, in Coursera or Udemy, Udemy has great discounts for Certificate Courses, even for Mongo dB, same as above. For everything else there are the respective docs.

I'm new to ionic, it looks like you are ionic experts, maybe you already run into this issue, and can provide a workaround.

since I updated the CLI livereload doesn't work properly, it does reload the page when I save a change but the change doesn't made to the browser, it looks like there is a problem with webpack,

but I'm not able to make it work, I'm banging my head to the wall, it is frustrating to have to do ionic serve every time I made a change.

Do you guys are experiencing the same issue?
