The IOL Anxiety Disorders Center/Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will hold a one-week intensive treatment for adolescents with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in August (exact dates to be determined). Participants must be age 13-18 with a primary diagnosis of OCD.
This group program will meet from 9 am-3 pm for 5 consecutive days (Monday-Friday). Emphasis will be on exposure and response prevention, the single most effective treatment for OCD. Parents will also be involved in the process.
This program is not billable to insurance; however, as always, we offer insurance-billable non-intensive treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD on an ongoing basis.
