Transformers compatibility question

Hi! I was wondering whether we are allowed to bundle a newer Transformers wheel plus its dependencies in our repository, installing them offline. I've seen at least one submission on the leaderboard doing it in order to use a newer model (Qwen 3.5) that is not supported by Transformers 4.44.1. Thanks!
