I'm trying to set up eclipse for IOIO, and I've got the simpleapp imported and set up. However, when I mouse-over a function I get this:

How can I make it display the documentation for the function?

Seems to be an ADT-related annoyance. I'm not sure how to fix this.
However, the generated Javadocs are in the software bundle, under IOIOLib/doc. Not as convenient as having them in a tooltip unfortunately.

Does it matter if I say the docs didn't generate automatically, and I had to do project->generate javadoc?

As an update to this:

I discovered if remove the library references in android (as shown in https://www.sparkfun.com/tutorial/ioio/liblink.jpg), and added in the jar files (e.g. ioiolibandroid.jar and others) as a referenced library for the project, I can see the documentation, but not build the project so that it runs on android.

Is there anything doing the includes in android would do to cause this?

All fixed. The trick seemed to be removed the android references entirely and making the sure .jar's that were added as references libraries are exported. This allows for both the pop-up documentation and code that will run on the phone.
