Unable to coonect IOIO OTG to PICKIT 4

Hi all , just got the IOIO OTG, looks like a fun device, I'm having issues with the board, before I add the female pins, I would like to reflash with the latest fw, I down loaded it, but I can't figure out how to connect it to the PICKIT 4 in my case, I can only find MCLR Pin listed but still need PEG-D and PEG-C pins on the IOIO, can someone point me in the right direction?
