difference betwen ogt and bridge connection

Hello.

I wrote a code modifying HelloIOIO sample

it works very well using usb bridge from android studio to my phone.

but when i use installed app with ogt cable there is no IOIO conection. (i desable USB debugging)

if i start HelloIOIO from my phone connection is ok but not with my app.

I repeat it works well using bridge...

is there a special modification to do to make it work from apk ?
