The highlights were:
1. Niketu Iralu talking of the situation in the NE of India with the
amazing reconciliation in his village Khanoma which has now become a
'green' village!
2. Om Bagaria sharing his experience in his industry where a 11 yoear
labour dispute was solved in a matter of days when he made friends
with the labour leader and talked to the workers as human beings. Many
schemes for the workers were implemented as a result, over and above
their 'demands'.
3. The deep and honest sharing of a daughter regarding her
reconciliation with parents and its effects which was work in progress
4. A husband, a highly placed offcial talking of dealing with his ego
and changing in his ways with his junior colleagues etc.
