Possible to launch on a personal server and use locally?

I posted this in the Gitter page but I don't know how often that is used to I figured I would post here as well (even though this is basically dead as well). I am looking to launch Iodide on a personal server at my house and just give local access, is this possible? And if so how might I do it?

I don't know how to edit the post but for what it is worth someone on Gitter sent me this link which should work just fine.
