Hi, iocagers.  I've recently updated my FreeNAS 11 system to TrueNAS Core 12 and as part of the migration have updated all my iocage jails to 12.2-RELEASE.  All of this went off without a hitch, but I do have one nagging question.

My jails were built variously from base releases from 11.1 thru 11.4, and still have their storage sitting "on top" of those old releases.  All of this seems inefficient from a disk-usage standpoint to me and makes it impossible for me to remove those old base releases, even though I'm not using them as-is.

How would I go about "pivoting" the current storage for a jail so it is built atop the 12.2 release I'm currently using?  I imagine this will involve copying my modifications to new jails and renaming, but is there some simple / scriptable way I can automate this?

Thanks for any help or advice
