new iocage home

Actually, all searches for iocage are leading to iocage.github.io and from there github.io.

It seems there is no news from iocage project since 2019… and as you must know we forked it to keep it useable to github.com/freebsd/iocage

Could we agree to help iocage actual and future users to find the maintained docs ( currently at freebsd.github.io/iocage/ ) ? We'd need you to make some redirections or modify some html to make it searcheable…

You also may prefer keeping this name for your projects, and we may rename this fork ?
