流量监控demo 第四次测试

反馈时间：2010.08.27 下班前

测试方法：

      1.在第一次的启动ProcessFluxMonitoring程序时,需要把ie等被监控的程序先关闭;等启动完成ProcessFluxMonitoring，在启动其他程序

      2.运行Remove程序，点击卸载;即卸载完成

主要更新：

      1.解决了不能同时监控ie和服务的问题

主机win 7 32bit比较正常。
