click on the option "Members"
At the bottom of the list of members, you will find an option:
"Edit member list and member permissions >"
Click on this and then look for the name of person.
click on "edit" to change the
Posting permission from the "Default group policy - Member is allowed
to post"
to:
Override - Member's posts are moderated

This will stop all auto messages from being distributed to everyone.
